- If you would like your child to attend term time only, we require 50% of fees to continue to be paid as a retainer.

- We also offer discount for siblings at 10% of fees (if paying fees).

- We are closed on all bank holidays

- Christmas closure Friday 20th December at 4.00 pm

- Re-open on Monday 6th January 2025

- Also, we will be taking the new government funding for 2-year-olds from April 2024, parents will need to apply on the portal and have a code to see if they get this from the government.

- We spread the funding over 50 weeks of the year.

Payment of Fees

All booked places must be paid for whether your child attends the session or not

Fees are payable each calendar month in advance against the invoice issued

Payment can be made in cash, cheque or direct debit (payable to Yarnton Day Nursery Ltd.)

Where invoices remain unpaid by the 10th of the month we will issue a late payment fee of 1%

We require a minimum of four weeks notice in writing of your intent to permanently withdraw your child or payment of four weeks fees in lieu

Funding

We are happy to accept childcare vouchers. We receive government funding for children over the age of two and three years. We also take 30 hours extended funding. Please discuss this directly with nursery to understand how this operates.
